Created in February of 2019 I’M IN explores solutions to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with physicians and healthcare professionals in our shared ecosystem.
We are very excited to launch I'M IN as a hub to continue our improvement exploration journey collaboratively.
I'M IN embodies our priority of excellence, which has been and will continue to be our business's lifeline. DEI, both within our organization and the external stakeholders we engage with, cements our unwavering commitment to excellence.
Our promise ensures we hold a fair, inclusive, and expansive view.
We value the opinions of the diverse healthcare workforce we collaborate with. We recognize the varied needs of the MS patient population we collectively support. DEI is a cornerstone in healthcare and needs continued effort from all players in the ecosystem; as an integrated player in the healthcare environment, we are eager to contribute our share to the community.
In parallel,
as part of our organization's unyielding desire to learn, we will internalize our practices' learnings. Our collective focus will have a much more significant impact working together.
